| Q1: When will my downloads become available? |

A:

Your downloads are available immediately after the transaction is completed. Click here to see where the links are. |
| Q2: How many times can I download an MP3? |
A:
You can download an MP3 three separate times before the link becomes inactive. Until this happens, the link stays active for five days. (see next question) |
| Q3: How long does the link to my MP3's stay active? |
A:
Links for MP3 downloads remain active for three downloads or five days, whichever comes first. If it happens that you've got some sort of extenuating circumstances, talk to Lemon and you can probably work something out. |

Once your transaction is completed, there will be a link to download all the MP3's you've just purchased. Click here to see where that link is, or click here to find out how to retreive them later. |

No problem. I set up a guide to walk you through it, with many helpful screenshots. Click here for it. |

If you're using a Mac, you should definitely be using iTunes. It probably came bundled with your computer. iTunes is available for the PC as well (download here), though most PC users are using WinAmp. However, if you're on a Linux machine (Ubuntu, SUSE, Gentoo, etc), it simply does not get any better than Amarok. If you're using Linux, get that immediately. |
